Three channel site specific video installation
ATANOR was conceived as an object and as a space, an inside and an outside, the inner fire of transformation and the external fire of communion and meeting.
As that ephemeral projection light transforms a space into another space, the fire also transforms one thing into something else.
The installation was a site specific work devised for the basement of ”La Mansión de Flores”, a landmark building in the city of Buenos Aires that was designed in the early twentieth century by the architect Fermin Bereterbide, a pioneer of the Modern Movement and the social architecture.
